Rocket Ribs and BBQ is a veteran-owned food truck, catering, and smoked coffee business serving Monticello and the surrounding communities with slow-smoked BBQ, handcrafted sides, event-ready service, and our original Rocket Smoked Coffee.
We specialize in private parties, corporate events, community gatherings, breweries, festivals, and catered meals built around real wood-smoked flavor and reliable service. Our menu features customer favorites like brisket, ribs, pulled chicken, pork tenderloin, smoked mac and cheese, pit beans, coleslaw, and smoked peaches.
Through Rocket Smoked Coffee, we also offer our original wood-smoked coffee, crafted for a smooth, low-bitterness flavor that stands apart from ordinary coffee.
